April 04 new Moon market prediction

Since my tweets aren’t going through on twitter, I wanted to add a quick stock market prediction here:

April 4 will be a big day (various astro signatures at play plus new Moon). For day traders, key activity will be from about noon till 1:40pm, especially at 12:10pm and at 12:55pm EST–watch for bigger moves starting at those times (or possibly starting with buying at 12:10 and selling at 12:55; if sell-off occurs at 12:55pm, there may still be a rebound 10min later).

This may have to do with some news, possibly military-related or some other unexpected event (“accident”), or may be people will just be feeling on-the-edge and the mass anxiety will spill over into an urge to buy/sell stocks/currency.

p.s. On March 28, Sun will square Pluto, which often seems to coincide with outbreaks of violence. With this and Jupiter-Saturn opposition being pretty precise that day, I’d expect a down day for the market, with caution being the mood for the day.

Stonehenge “solar power wind”

Stonehenge view from distance

Stonehenge

The night before visiting Stonehenge for the first time in my life, I had this dream:

I was crouching by one of the big stones, on the inside of the circle, trying to hold on. I had to hold on tight, as the powerful wind was blowing—not so much the air was moving, but rather the energy was very intense, flowing in circular motion. I saw this man in a long red hooded robe—he was a priest, he was conducting a ceremony—what he was doing was causing the increase in energy.

The stones were polished on one side (facing inside), and their surface was looking silver-ish. I became aware that the stones were used for reflecting and intensifying the energy, as well as trapping and storing it and guiding the energy in a desired way. It was solar energy; I heard the words, “solar power wind.” The reflecting/intensification was necessary because constant/unlimited access to solar power was not available (due to clouds).

I also became aware that the air in the surrounding area (green pastures) was becoming warmer due to accumulation of the energy. Moisture on the ground was evaporating and filling the air with fog. The air was now misty and warm, and I saw people getting undressed (partially) to enjoy this and also to perhaps take part in some ceremony that was coming next which involved bathing. I saw a crescent-shaped above-ground pool filled with water—its walls were made out-of grey/black stones.

The atmosphere was tranquil and celebratory. It was also quiet—I did not hear any talking or music.

The next day, upon arriving at Stonehenge (in January), we enjoyed a very misty day, and I had an opportunity to touch some blue stones at the visitor center—yes, they are indeed warmer in temperature than any surrounding stones. Hmm… I haven’t heard about this factoid before (blue stones being warm to the touch), but that would be a connection with my dream about stones being used for harboring energy.

Note that when I arrived in England that day, I didn’t know for sure we’d be passing by Stonehenge—my trip was planned to go to a different destination; it’s just that the driver wanted to show us Stonehenge, so we made a detour. Also, while at Stonehenge, I saw a sign for Bath—I knew of the city, but not about its exact location or that it was close to Stonehenge. So, to emphasize, I was not researching about Stonehenge, stones, etc. in anticipation of visiting it and did not know about the blue stones retaining warmth.

The reason for writing up the story was the ad for the Upcoming National Geographic special on Atlantis. Made me think of all these circular formations and why they were in fact circular. Perhaps, it had to do with harboring solar energy? Also, the situation in Japan (for which I prayed many times) clearly shows we need to use safer alternative energy sources.

Dream about sardines… then they die

So last night I dreamt that my home was a boat, like a cruise ship. The food being served was all vegetarian; then, some people came and put exactly one can of sardines on each of several identical round tables in the dining room. They took a few sardines from each can and put them in a small pile next to the cans. Then, I also became aware of some other people frying some meat further in the back; they were using orangey-black pans.  Apparently, some sources of meat weren’t quite dead yet, as I saw what looked like a large centipede crawling on a hot pan surface. I wasn’t scared, but couldn’t understand why they’d suddenly start serving fish/meat in an all-vegetarian place.

Not sure if this was a precognitive dream, or just a message to me from my own subconsciousness about something, but I just found out that millions of sardines were found dead today in Redondo Beach, CA, surrounding boats in a marina… hmm…

Here is another example of a precognitive dream…

I dreamt I was pulling into a parking lot, and there were some teenagers hanging out. They arranged some empty white plastic cups upside down in the parking space I wanted to pull into. I wasn’t sure if it would be safe to drive the car over those cups, but I needed the space. A teenage girl nodded her head that it was ok for me to park there, as those plastic cups would just get crushed, but not harm my car.

Second part of the dream was that my cat(!) was driving my car and was trying to park it at the airport to drop me off 🙂 However, he parked it a bit too far for my liking, and I was annoyed with him because I had to walk far to the entrance.

What actually happened that day was that in the morning I couldn’t park my car in the usual spot and ended up parking it somewhere I normally don’t park. Upon returning, I couldn’t find my car, so I called local police department (cops :)) and had to walk a long way home. The car was towed, as it turned out, so while it was annoying, at least it wasn’t stolen. I think the dream captured the gist of the events pretty well—wish I remembered it BEFORE I parked the car in that spot though…

Lucid dreaming is always immensely fun.

When I realize I am dreaming, I usually feel very excited and try to fly, explore and memorize details of my surroundings. I often find that I am able to read any kind of writings a lot better (and they actually make sense). Noting the details helps in figuring out later where I was during the dream.

If guides and/or other beings are present, I ask them who they are, where we are, etc. It is pretty amazing how much clearer lucid dreams are compared to other dreams.

Sometimes I know before falling asleep that I will be having a lucid dream. It’s a detached very calm feeling of being focused inwardly, similar to being in a hypnotic state, but not that deep. It all occurs naturally; I do not use (or have interest in using) any aids.

Precognitive dream

Birds flying at sunset on an alien planetMany people have precognitive dreams. The more we focus on them, the better we can remember and relate the dreams to our waking-life events. Some examples would be too personal to share, but here’s one good plain one.

A few weeks ago I had this dream, where I was watching a beautiful big eagle-like bird flying. Then, it turned towards me and started approaching fairly low. I covered my head with my hands for protection, in case the bird was going to come too close. Well, it actually landed on my head(!), at which point it became a white swan. The swan was trying to get my attention by using its beak to poke at my hands. I didn’t feel attacked or scared, but it was annoying, so I waved my hands for it to go away.

The swan moved onto a floor and was lying on its back. I could see now that it was hurt—it had a red bloody hole in its stomach. I realized that it was trying to get my attention so I could help it. I looked at the hand I used to try to brush it off of my head, and it had some blood on it. I felt bad for the swan, so I called a vet emergency clinic. I also took the swan to an acquaintance, as I didn’t want my dog to attack it while it was recovering. Sometime later, I picked the swan up from her and the swan was doing much better, so a happy ending there…

Now, to the interesting part—what actually happened later that day, after I woke up:

That evening, I went to see “True Grit,” but unexpectedly it was sold out. The only other movie playing around that same time was “Black Swan,” which I HAVEN’T seen previously. In fact, I didn’t even know it was still playing in the movies, as it’s been released quite some time ago. So I went to see “Black Swan” instead, and it was pretty good. The light bulb went off at the very end of the movie, as I recalled my dream. [For those who haven’t seen the movie, I’ll stop here to not spoil the fun.] For those who have, you’ll appreciate the connection between the two stories.

Enchanted forest and a boy. Part I.

There was once a boy named Anil. He lived in a small village by the forest. Anil would go to school in the mornings, but he would often spend his afternoons playing in the woods. Some of the villagers, especially older people would say that the forest was enchanted, and would refuse to go there, but Anil’s parents didn’t believe in that, so they didn’t mind the boy spending some time there before dinner.

Anil loved being in the forest. Sometimes he would just be sitting by the edge of the woods playing with rocks and sticks, sometimes he would invite other kids to build fortresses and dams over a stream, but he also liked to come here alone to sit quietly and listen to the soothing sounds of the leaves blowing in the wind and a gentle hum of the stream running over the rocks.

There was one tree in particular that he was fond of. It was a very old tree with a very thick trunk and multiple branches hanging overhead, creating a canopy of leaves with plenty of shade underneath. Anil thought of the tree as his friend and would talk to it often. He knew the tree was always there for him, listening kindly and embracing him protectively with its arms-branches. Anil felt free that he could confide any secrets to the tree and it would never betray him. What Anil didn’t know is that the tree spirit actually could hear him and was very fond of the boy also. The spirit knew all the secret wishes and desires that Anil shared with the tree and really wanted to help the boy fulfill them. You see, the forest was indeed enchanted. Because Anil would always ask it for permission when going into the forest to play or to rest, the forest was always treating Anil with love and respect, so he never had anything to worry about.

On one hot day, Anil was playing in the woods and got a bit tired, so he decided to take a short nap in the shade of his favorite tree. As he was dozing off to sleep, he thought how wonderful it would have been to find a playmate with whom he could share this peaceful experience of just sitting under a tree together and talking about everything in the world… Anil fell asleep for a few minutes, but suddenly he was awoken by the noise coming from the stream nearby. He has never heard it before in the woods, but it sounded familiar. It sounded like… he thought for a second, trying to remember… it sounded like… someone singing! Hmmm… that was unusual, especially since so few people ever wondered this far into the forest, so Anil went to look who it was.

The sounds appeared to be coming from the direction of a small stream running nearby. As he was approaching the stream, Anil noticed that the air around the stream was unusually foggy, as if thousands of shiny droplets of water were hanging in the air. As he approached even closer, he saw a beautiful double rainbow hanging over a stream. Anil paused for a moment to admire the view, but then the singing distracted him again.

When he parted the leaves in the bushes by the stream, he was very surprised to see a young girl his age. She was sitting on a rock with her feet in the water. She was braiding her hair, singing along as the waters were flowing by her.

Hi there!—said Anil.

Hi Anil! –said the girl and smiled playfully.

How do you know my name? —said Anil—I don’t think I ever met you…

I have seen you at the school many times… but you never noticed me—she said with a smile again.

Anil thought it was strange because he did remember all the kids from school very well—after all, their village was very small, but perhaps, she was new at school? After some hesitation, he decided not to pursue this any further. Instead, he said—Sorry, but I can’t remember you. And what is your name?

My name is Shani—answered the girl.

So what are you doing here, Shani?

I came to play with you… don’t you want a friend to play with?

I do… I was just surprised to see someone here, because so few people come to this part of the woods.

Well, I come here all the time. I love water! You can say, I practically live in this stream…

Anil couldn’t stand such a blatant lie—No, this can’t be true! —he said—I come here often, and I’ve never seen you here before!

That is true—replied Shani. You really didn’t, didn’t you?—she said with a light laughter.

The conversation, admittedly, was getting a bit strange, but the girl seemed nice enough and very cute, so Anil figured that he could spend a few minutes playing with her anyway. He said: So what kind of games do you like to play?
