Astrology Predictions for November – early December 2022 with Important Dates for the Stock Market based on Financial Astrology. New Moon in Sagittarius on November 23

OVERVIEW for Nov 14 – Dec 3, 2022

Global/OIL: Nov 14-23, 2002 — Increased focus on the value, trade, and transportation of oil and petroleum products, cooking oils, gas, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, seafood, etc.. Also, concerns about the expenses and issues related to transportation by sea, shipping, fishing, navy, hospitals, bio/medical facilities, water processing facilities (incl. large aquariums, storage tanks, etc.), religious facilities or events, music and movies (e.g., a concert hall).

  • Nov 14-16 — expect an increase in the value of related products (e.g., oil) as well as news about large-scale deals or contracts. Companies in these areas may report higher than expected profits. For ex., the price of gas or oil goes up, the cost of shipping containers by sea goes up, a pharmaceutical company reports larger than expected profit, a large deal for transporting oil/gas/chemicals is reached, etc.
  • Nov 16-23 (esp. on Nov 18-20) — expect increased and likely distressing news about oil/gas/chemicals/pharma and/or for news about an accident involving oil spill, gas leak, chemical leak, navy/ship problems, excessive precipitation, hospital fire, spike in some infectious disease, attack on a water/gas/oil/etc. processing facility, etc. There may be disagreements about oil prices, arguments over gas deliveries, conflicts over maritime transportation, stressful activities involving oil spill cleanup or water decontamination, etc. A similar situation (e.g., disputes over oil/gas prices or delivery) will emerge or the current situation may be revisited on March 9-12 of 2023.

The week of Nov 28 may bring concerns about slower than expected sales, restructuring of large manufacturing businesses, and arguments over oil and gas prices. Oil and gas prices may drop on anticipated lower demand.

WEEK OF NOV 14

Market direction prediction (DJIA and NASDAQ):

  • Mon 11/14 —  Up
  • Tue 11/15 —   Up  (likely Up, but not as strong as Mon)
  • Wed 11/16 —  Mixed (possibly a slight drop)
  • Th 11/17 — Down
  • Fr 11/18 — Down (Strong down energy, especially 3pm onward)

Key dates:

  • Mon-Tue, Nov 14-15 — Increased news about oil, gas, navy, pharmaceuticals, infectious diseases, navy, and transportation by sea. We may hear about prices going up (on these products and in general) and companies in these areas may report higher than expected profits. At the same time, there may still be optimism about spending and the tendency on Mon-Tue may be to continue investing (gambling) despite the risks due to an overall happy/optimistic mood.
  • Fr, Nov 18 — Around 3pm onward, there may be an accelerated drop in the market, possibly due to distressing news involving oil, gas, water/navy, maritime accident, confusion about some entity’s stability, problematic news about some drug trial, confusion about some reported data (e.g., about oil/gas prices or spending). Down influence will likely continue through Mon-Tue of next week.

Noteworthy transits:

  • Mercury and Venus trine Jupiter retrograde in water signs (Nov 15-16) — Happy spending, feeling optimistic about taking risks, continuing to gamble and spend because it feels good. Hence, prediction of the market going up, especially on Monday. Oils, fat, sugar, luxury items, “wants” (not “needs”) may be in greater demand than usual — a good day to approach customers to sell them fancy clothes, jewelry, etc. at higher profit than usual.
  • Mars retrograde squares Neptune retrograde (Nov 16-23) — Increased focus on military, fighting, sports (esp. fighting, racing, and water sports), weapons, as well as oil, gas, pharma, chemicals, navy, water pollution, and any maritime activities. This aspect indicates confusion about which direction the activities should take, mis-timed activity, or activity that happens under some confusing circumstances (e.g., a drunk or mentally unstable individual starts a fire). Some problematic manifestations of this aspect may include attacks by mentally ill individuals, gas leaks that catch fire, fires/explosions that involve chemicals (e.g., accident at a chemical plant), attacks on oil refineries, oil spills, spills of contaminated water, maritime accidents, etc. In general, Mars square Neptune indicates losses or damages to Neptunian domains (e.g., hospital, marina, chemical processing plant) from a Martian domain (e.g., fire, attack, accident). Neptune typically brings confusion, so if there is an accident, it may be difficult to exactly determine the cause as some activities may be hidden or obscured (e.g., literally under water). Mars Neptune square may also manifest as concerns about doping or illegal activities involving sports, accidents involving athletes in water sports, an underwater volcano explosion or an accident that involves boiling or steaming water/liquid/gas. Difficult transit (square) of Mars to Neptune will be further accented by the opposition from Moon to Neptune around 3pm on Nov 18 and may correspond with a market drop at the end of the day on Friday.
  • Uranus retrograde squares Saturn retrograde (Sep-Nov; peaked around Oct 11) — Global geopolitical tensions, bad for old persons in power, sudden upsets for governmental leaders or leaders of large corporations; increased chance of large quakes, plane crashes and other disasters. Typical disasters under Saturn/Uranus tense aspects manifest as heavy object(s) made of rock/metal/ice/mud falling from a great hight; situations may cause significant damage to structures. Unfavorable for industries involving IT, aerospace, telecoms, power/electric grids, and cryptocurrencies (e.g., reduced value, diminished funding, slow progress, breakdowns, delays, etc.). Charts of Turkey and China/Taiwan receive difficult aspects at this time and may be at higher risk of some disaster (e.g., a significant quake).

WEEK OF NOV 21

Market direction prediction (DJIA and NASDAQ):

  • Mon 11/21 —  Down
  • Tue 11/22 —   Down
  • Wed 11/23 — Up (up energy stronger in the late afternoon)
  • Th 11/24 — Up
  • Fr 11/25 — Up

Key dates:

  • Mon-Tue, Nov 21-22 — Problems involving oil, gas, navy, pharmaceuticals, infectious diseases, navy, and transportation by sea that may have started around Nov 16-18 will likely continue through Mon-Tue and suppress the market. The mood may improve starting late Wed afternoon.
  • Tue, Nov 22 (esp. around noon EST) — Increased likelihood of unexpected news about financial entities, crypto exchanges, lotteries, insurance, taxes, rates, banks etc. The announcement may be related to the events/announcements from the Blood Lunar eclipse on Nov 8. The news may be surprising and unpopular with the public; it may involve female leaders or issues of security. For ex., there is a surprising announcement about a female leader that is received unfavorably by the public, a crypto exchange is hacked, anxiety-inducing news about rates or currency value comes out, rates or currencies fluctuate more than expected, a financial entity announces that it is unable to pay [its bills] or to move its assets, a financial entity experiences a brief outage, etc.
  • Wed, Nov 23 — New Moon in Sagittarius (around 4pm EST) should improve the mood, especially later in the day. There may be some hopeful news aright at the closing or after hours. With Sun, Moon, Mercury, and Venus in Sagittarius, the news will likely focus on international deals, immigration, legal decisions, long distance travel/transportation etc. For ex., a deal is reached to allow trade/transportation ff certain types of goods across borders, a new international transportation route or hub opens, a new international leader or a body announces an exciting initiative that brings hope [likely, to resolve some intentional conflict, help refugees, improve international cooperation, etc.], and so on.

Noteworthy transits:

  • Moon conjuncts South Node in Scorpio opposes Uranus and North Node in Taurus (Nov 22) — Unpleasant surprise about banks, rates, fees, insurance, debt, loans, currencies, etc. With Mercury and Venus tightly conjunct in Sagittarius at the same time, the issue may be related to an international deal or trade, involve international laws, or an international commercial entity. For ex., a fee cannot be paid because the money cannot be moved from an overseas account, or, there is a temporary legal order that prevent the money from being touched. The issue may be resolved or move forward by Nov 24 when transiting Moon reaches Mercury and Venus.
  • New Moon in Sagittarius (Nov 23) — Increased news about international relations, immigration, long distance travel and transportation. With Mercury and Venus also in Sagittarius, this New Moon offers hope and optimism about working things out by appealing to common moral/ethical/religious values or through establishing some international laws/regulations. With Mars retrograde squaring Neptune retrograde at the same time, however, there may be confusion about how exactly to move forward or to implement a variety of optimistic initiatives that may come out at this time. There may be an attempt to take action the week of Nov 28 when retrograde mars trines Saturn, but it may not be successful at this time because (a) Mars is retrograde and (b) Mars will oppose Mercury and Venus that week. A similar period of confusion [about how to resolve a conflict or an issue related to oil, gas, chemicals, navy, water contamination, infectious diseases, etc.] may repeat around March 9-12, 2023, but by the week of March 27, 2023, the laws/agreements/deals may officially be signed and serious actions may be implemented. During the week of March 27, 2023, the transits will be more favorable for reaching agreements and entering into long term commitments as we will have Mercury/Jupiter conjunction in Aries [war or peace treaty, international deal], Venus/Uranus conjunction in Taurus [excitement or surprising news about finance/currency], and Mars trine Saturn trine in water signs [disciplined action; long term repositioning/strategy update, esp. involving navy, chemicals, oil, etc.]).

WEEK OF NOV 28

Market direction prediction (DJIA and NASDAQ):

  • Mon 11/28 —  Up
  • Tue 11/29 —   Down
  • Wed 11/30 — Down
  • Th 12/1 — Down (could be a low for the week)
  • Fr 12/2 — Down

Key dates:

  • Mon, Nov 28 — Announcement of corporate restructuring, cost cutting, changing strategy, leadership, etc. to improve efficiency long term. There may be news of slower than expected retail sales (esp. from large online retailers). The news of a company (probably a communication or transportation business, large online retailer, or, a manufacturer of things that fly or move fast like cars) cutting costs and restructuring may be received with cautious optimism and the market may go up slightly. There may also be an announcement of some governmental initiative (e.g., to build a windmill farm, an airfield, a high speed train, etc.). A new project announced at this time may move slowly initially but can do well over time. The initiative or its goals may be re-evaluated or modified when Mars goes direct and trines Saturn again the week of March 27, 2023.
  • Tue-Sat, Nov 29 – Dec 3 (esp. Dec 1) — Announcements from Mon, Nov 28, may result in a push back, arguments, concerns about profits/financing/logistics (how will this be done, who will pay for it), and bring the market down, esp. on Dec 1. There may also be distressing news about the sales of oil, gas, pharma, and/or some chemicals (esp. on Dec 1-2) — these assets may be seen as overpriced, there may be concerns about their delivery, and/or there may be concerns about the demand due to slowing online (slow sales – lower needs for delivery – less need for oil). The price of oil may go down on Dec 1-3, possibly due to projected lower demand, due to lower expected sales (e.g., slow Holiday shopping, fewer cars purchased, decreased air travel, restrictions on car manufacturers, etc.).

Noteworthy transits:

  • Mars retrograde trines Saturn in air signs (Nov 28-30) — Long term reorganization by a large corporation, movement of forces (e.g., staff, sports teams, or troops), implementation of a large scale long-term manufacturing project, strategic relocation (e.g., a large corporation moves headquarters or manufacturing facilities), disciplined movement or controlled actions to implement a long term governmental initiative, etc. The businesses or projects may be related to airplanes, drones, social media, commerce (esp. online), communication and transportation. The move may be to improve efficiency, exercise greater controls, regulate the industry, slow down the activities (to gain control), reduce costs, etc. A Spartan-like approach, disciplined exercise, slow and methodical implementation of carefully planned projects can bring success over time, but the progress may be perceived as slow/gradual.
  • Mars retrograde opposes Mercury and Venus; Mercury and Venus square Neptune (Nov 29 – Dec 3) — Disagreements over the initiatives announced on Nov 28, concerns about slow sales (e.g., from online retailers or car manufacturers), delayed or reduced travel/transportation, expectations of lower profits and decreased need for oil. Oil, gas, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, etc. may see a drop in value and/or issues related to delivery/transportation. The tensions may peak on Nov 29, wham Mercury and Mars oppose exactly, and on Dec 1 when Moon conjuncts Neptune — there may be heated negotiations over oil, gas, etc. prices or transportation; an agreement may be hard to reach at this time.

FYI 11/24 is Thanksgiving so markets will be closed.

  2. Re Nov 14th predictions,

Your forecast for an accelerated down move after 3pm on November 18th has not materilised as it’s now 3:43pm as I write. If there is any saving grace it would have to be for the predicted down on next Monday & Tuesday.

    • kevin says:

Tough week to trade. Everyday had an expiration for SPY for some reason so tight ranges. Last 8 minutes was downward pressure although the whole day all day was pretty much down after the open. I held off until the end of day also luckily got out with minimal loss. Hope you did too.

  3. Typo, not 8:45pm but 3:45pm

  4. Is this nlg still active as there has not been any updates since December 2022? We are now mid January 2023.
