Research: Just started looking at the patterns; will update the post periodically as I look into it more closely. In general, many industrial disasters, incl. major oil spills, and/or maritime disasters occurred when slow moving transiting planets formed tense aspects among themselves and/or with lunar nodes (e.g., Exxon Valdez oil spill on March 24, 1989 occurred when Saturn and Neptune were 1 degree apart in Capricorn, with Uranus also in Capricorn 7-8 degrees away). (Tense aspects = conjunction 0, square 90, and opposition 180.) Aspects among slow moving planets can be with an orb of a few degrees; the actual events typically occur when faster moving planets form precise aspects to the slow planets. Also, in some cases (e.g., Chernobyl disaster on April 26, 1986), heliocentric chart is more useful than geocentric chart in identifying tense aspects and potential problematic times .

Prediction: With transiting Saturn conjunct Pluto virtually all year, 2019 looks like a tense year. At that time, we may hear about various transformations taking place, esp. in the governments, large corporations, or other large entities that act as powerful leaders/rulers on a national or multinational level. Other areas that may undergo significant changes or experience some tribulations include industries related to mining, nuclear power, and natural resources. For ex., in 1947, when Saturn and Pluto were conjunct as well, there was a Partition of India (millions were displaced or died in the process). When Saturn and Pluto formed a close conjunction in Leo back in August of 1947, sovereign states of India and Pakistan have been officially created. Also, at the time of the last Saturn/Pluto conjunction in 1982, the Canada Constitution Act of 1982 was passed basically making Canada fully independent from the UK.

In 2019, Months of April and September carry the highest potential of some problematic occurrence. In those months, April 4-5 and 20-27 as well as Sep 10, 13, 20, and 28 seem to be particularly tense. Issues that may come up will probably be related to mining, nuclear power, oil, natural resources excavation/processing, water, chemicals, or healthcare (e.g., some infectious disease, chemical explosion, problems with ships, etc.).

Saturn/Pluto conjunction will continue in 2020 and there will be additional tense times then (potentially August); I just haven’t looked at those closely yet. Will update the post once I gather more info.
