Trees under water in Washington DC?

In a dream, saw a bridge to my left and some trees with fall coloring lining a river bank in Washington DC area (according to my understanding in a dream). The trees were about half-way submerged under water. After googling some pics of the area, the closest match to what I saw seems to be George Mason Memorial Bridge over Potomac river.

Wonder what that’s all about…

Well, they did have a flooding in Georgetown in Washington DC on April 18 (e.g., http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LAlBrt-gN-s&feature=related).

In my dream, the trees were half-submerged, so the water level was even higher & it was in the fall. Hopefully it was just a dream, ’cause if there is another flood in the fall, the restaurant owners who are now rebuilding will have to face another setback…
